Natural Childbirth is a Reproductive Right

I had the opportunity to speak on the SheHive's podcast about one of my favorite topics - natural childbirth. When the SheHive first put out a request for something you could talk about for 17 minutes without preparation, I immediately responded with Natural Childbirth. My first thought was that I can easily talk about my birth story for that long. And then I thought more about it and what would be even more meaningful to do with that time and platform. So instead of focusing on myself and my own story, I opened up the dialogue to focus on how natural childbirth is a reproductive right, support we can give ourselves and others during the birth process and advocacy.
