I’m a social worker, facilitator, strategist — and an artist. I use reflection, conversation, and creative practices to help people slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with what matters most.

I work with individuals and groups who are navigating complexity — in their work, their families, or themselves — and who want space to pause, notice, and choose how they want to show up.

My approach is relational, grounded, and values-driven. Sometimes that work happens through words. Sometimes it happens through images, collage, or creative expression. Always, it centers the wisdom people already carry.
